STAR Business Solutions BV is a Dutch company. Our Mission is to bridge the Gap between Organization (Business Processes) and Information (Systems). Most organizations experience this gap if the Business Processes need to be changed. It is very difficult to change the Information Systems (People, Forms, Procedures and Automated Systems) in order to support the changed Business.
Why is this so difficult? We believe the reason is the complexity of the processes and the lack of tools to manage this complexity. With Internet and E-Commerce, the complexity will even increase! For this reason, we created OrgDesigner, a software-tool to design, maintain and publish models of your organization. In March 2004, version 3.6 is released!
Of course, OrgDesigner is not a Silver Bullet. But we think that OrgDesigner, together with changes in your Organization, can be used to bridge the Gap.
STAR Business Solutions BV was founded in 1994 by Rob Debets, and got the current name in 1997. The main activity was IT-Consultancy, but now it is extended with product-development and support.
