Ir. R.L.F. (Rob) Debets founded STAR Business Solutions with the idea to supply Solutions for Business. The focus is on the Gap between Organization (Business Processes) and Information (Systems). Most organizations experience this gap if the Business Processes need to be changed. It is very difficult to change the Information Systems (People, Forms, Procedures and Automated Systems) in order to support the changed Business.
Rob graduated in 1986 at the University of Twente, faculty of Computer Science. Since then he worked for projects in almost every area of Business and Software Development.
Projects were done at Het Zilveren Kruis (Insurance), Philips Components, Cap Gemini, EPZ (Engineering), ABN AMRO (Banking), NAM (Oil and gas), Royal Dutch Army, ING (Banking), STOAS (education), EQ (Financial), University Nijmegen, Delft University of Technology, UMC Nijmegen (Health), ASSAI (Software), Cetra Metaal (Automotive).
